Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Remization ("we", "us") operating remization.com. Last updated: April 6, 2026.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Remization provides a web portal, automation, and related integrations (including optional third-party sign-in and messaging features). This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Remization, we may process:

  • Account and profile data — such as name, email address, and identifiers from your identity provider when you sign in.
  • Usage and technical data — such as IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from network data, timestamps, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Content you submit — text, files, preferences, and configuration you provide through the product (for example chat-related settings or connected integrations).
  • Integration tokens — if you connect optional services (for example Google Calendar), we store tokens and related metadata as needed to provide that integration.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service;
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms;
  • Communicate with you about the service (for example support or security notices);
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and automated processing

Parts of Remization may send user-provided content to third-party AI or model providers to generate responses or assist with features you request. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless you accept the risks of processing by such providers under their terms and ours.

4A. Google Calendar Data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Remization requests Google Calendar permissions only to provide the calendar features you ask us to perform, such as viewing upcoming events and creating, updating, deleting, or summarizing calendar events using natural language.

  • Purpose of access — to let you use Google Calendar features inside Remization after you explicitly authorize the connection.
  • Tokens and metadata — we store Google OAuth tokens and related calendar metadata needed to maintain the connection and send requests to Google Calendar on your behalf.
  • Event content — for the Google Calendar flows currently described on our homepage, Remization reads event data from Google Calendar and sends requests to Google Calendar, but does not keep a separate long-term schedule copy in the local schedule store for those operations.
  • AI-assisted parsing — when you use natural language calendar actions, Remization may use AI processing to interpret your request into a structured action before the server executes the corresponding Google Calendar API call.
  • Disconnection and revocation — you can disconnect Google Calendar from the product where that option is available, and you can also revoke access from your Google account permissions page.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting, email, analytics if enabled, authentication, and AI providers where applicable), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may disconnect integrations (such as Google) where the product offers that option; some records may remain for a period for security and legal compliance.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object or port data. To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your request.

9. International transfers

If you access the service from outside the country where our servers or processors are located, your information may be transferred and processed across borders. We take steps consistent with applicable law.

10. Children

Remization is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Remization at remization.com and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide the platform "as is" and "as available." Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users;
  • Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits except where permitted by law;
  • Use automated means to access the service in a way that overloads or harms our systems.

5. User content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

6. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third parties (for example sign-in providers, cloud APIs, or AI providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Fees

If you purchase paid features, pricing and billing terms presented at purchase apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs from AI-assisted features may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remization and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Remization against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, risk to the service or others, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Remization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

14. Contact
